Sunday, November 10 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm We've had to change our location due to the weather! See you at the Performing Arts Academy. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday Children's Yoga classes all have the same theme but will be three different classes! Your child can come to one, two or all three!

About the Event
We've had to change locations due to the weather, look for our Children's Yoga banner outside the studio.
Please have your child bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. I have several mats to borrow if your child does not have his/her own mat. Thank you!
Our time together will be spent on learning new yoga poses, practicing breathing techniques, collaborating in partner poses, enjoying group poses/games, and calming our bodies and minds!
To make sure our young yogis get their special calming time at the end of our yoga class, I will open the door when our class is over at 2:00.
