About the Event
Your child will come from his/her classroom to the library when the afternoon bell rings. I will pick up all the kindies from their classrooms and bring them to the library right before the bell rings!
Please have your child bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. I have several mats to borrow if your child does not have his/her own mat. On our yoga day, it might be nice for your child to pack an extra water bottle in his/her backpack because many children forget their water bottle in their classroom at the end of the day. Thank you!
Your child is welcome to bring a healthy, easy to eat snack to enjoy on his/her yoga mat before our yoga practice begins at 3:20 pm. Some ideas include a cheese stick, cut up fruit/veggies, or granola bar.
Our time together will be spent learning new yoga poses, practicing breathing…
