Montrose Mother's Day Children's Yoga

Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a special Mother's Day children's yoga event for ages 6-16 and their mom/grandma/caregiver.  The children and adults will experience movement, breathing, yoga poses, and rest side by side during our special yoga class. We will also include some partner poses to connect in a fun and loving way. 

Please bring a yoga mat (we have several to borrow if you need one) and water bottle for our yoga class .  All Moms, Grandmas and Caregivers may attend this event FREE of charge as a THANK YOU for all that you do!  I look forward to this special yoga celebration event!
